TARA L.

Receptionist, Dental Assistant

I work in two areas of our practice, both in the clinical area where I assist Dr. Lorino and at the front desk where I greet patients and answer the phones. The best part of my job is working so closely with children. I love the smiles on their faces when they get to pick out colors for their braces and seeing their smile’s unique progression from beginning to end. I create a bond with my patients and love to see the excitement in their eyes as they get closer to their perfect smile. Not only is Dr. Lorino an amazing orthodontist, but he genuinely cares about his staff. He makes coming to work every day a true pleasure.

I am a mother of three beautiful children. I enjoy bike riding, swimming, and working out. On the weekends, I like to spend quality time with my family exploring new adventures.

TARA G.

Receptionist, Financial Specialist

I work at our front desk where I greet patients with a warm smile, schedule appointments, answer the phones, and giving homecare instructions. I began working in the dental field in 1992 as a dental assistant and am currently a Registered Dental Assistant with a license in radiology. I joined Dr. Lorino’s team in 2008. I love interacting with our parents and building relationships with them based on trust and mutual respect. Seeing a child at the beginning of treatment and then at the end with a new beautiful smile has to be the best part of working here though!

I have been married for 18 years to my wonderful husband, Dave. We have three beautiful children, Rebecca, Rachel, and Dylan. I enjoy spending my free time in the garden, scrap-booking, and going to the beach. I can most often be found at the basketball, football, and baseball fields watching my children compete.

AMY

Receptionist, RDA/CDA

I work at the front desk as the receptionist for the Wayne and Belleville locations. However, I am also a certified dental assistant so you will see me working in back with the patients as well! I currently teach dental assisting at Fortis Institute, where I can use my training and knowledge I have gained here to education my students. I absolutely love working with Dr. Lorino and his staff! Both Dr. Lorino and Dr. Gigi are amazing orthodontists and always put their patients’ needs first! I love the inviting atmosphere and the interaction with both the patients and parents. During the treatment time for our patients we get to know each of them better and see their beautiful smile at the end!

As a newlywed, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our families. We love going to Wildwood every year for the beach, dinners, and boardwalk!

ERIN

RDA, CDA, X-ray technician

I work alongside Dr. Lorino greeting patients, chair-side assisting, taking x-rays, sterilizing, fabricating Essix retainers, pouring and trimming diagnostic models, and delivering oral health care information. I enjoy seeing the transformation in our patients’ smiles. I also enjoy working with the rest of our dental team – they are awesome! I love working with Dr. Lorino because if a patient comes into our office having had a prior consult or dental work from another Dentist, Dr. Lorino never puts down the work or opinion of the other Doctor and this show great integrity. Dr. Lorino is easy going and this makes for a comfortable office and working experience, for his dental team and for his patients.

I am from Southern California and have been living in New Jersey for 5 years with my husband, 2 kids and our dog. I enjoy going to the movies and to concerts. I also enjoy traveling to California and Arizona to visit my family and friends.
